Please join me every Month for the Full Moon Meditation (date would be added near to the meditation day).
This is a special practice to help manage our emotions during the full moon time. I will guide you through some breathing practices, mild stretches & chanting tonight.
You are welcome to be seated in the chair if you are not comfortable sitting on the floor. If it is possible to be seated near a window to look out at the moon, then even better. Otherwise, you can visualize behind closed eyelids. Please ensure you have a stable chair and are not seated on a sofa. You can also lie down and practice in case you are physically tired and then retire to bed for your night's sleep. But there is a tendency to fall asleep, so try to get a seated practice to get the full benefits. :)
If you are not comfortable with chanting, you can listen in and feel the vibrations.
Keep some water handy.
